NewYork, NewYork
New York is always a good idea and without a doubt one of the greatest cities in the world. So good, they named it twice! You simply step out on its thriving streets and feel alive. This time around I got to spend a few days in the nation’s biggest city follow-up a trip from Miami Art Basel. After an intense morning in the capital and just before sunset, I felt the need to cycle down and explore West Village. I truly thought I’m in a Hollywood movie. The neighbourhood, looks like a European small town in the middle of a concrete jungle. Shoppers, foot-traffic, diners, 19th-century townhouses, cobblestone streets, art galleries and stylish residents are in full swing here, yet the vibe is intimate and vibrant.
My very own Tod’s pash leather jacket (frankly combining practical design with relaxed masculine elegance) perfectly complemented this stylish ride. Made to stand out and from the most exquisite leather – epitomising Tod’s Made-in-Italy philosophy, this jacket is surprising light and versatile garment, which can be worn in both a smart and casual way. Not to mention that the Pash leather jacket goes through 4 stages to result a smooth to the touch jacket (see the incredible video for the full process). During that day I paired it with a beret and comfy sneakers just to give that Italian touch of commitment in my cosmopolitan ride home.
