A week ago, I had the pleasure of visiting one of my favourite European cities, Barcelona! The city owns a special place in my heart; a true vibrant city with boundless culture and exceptional architecture. You can imagine how excited I was when I received the invitation for the Grand Opening of the new Massimo Dutti flagship store in the city centre. The store is to be found in the heart of Barcelona and nestles in an amazing Catalan Modernism building, built in the end of the 19th century, the Casa Ramón Casas. The stunning architectural marvel was designed in 1898 and nowadays is a part of the city’s heritage. It’s important to note that the Inditex group carried out a meticulous renovation with respect to the building’s uniqueness.

The Grand Opening had all the glamour necessary for this special occasion. The SS16 collection stayed true to Massimo’s Dutti core essence; minimal yet sophisticated style for modern men. After the Catwalk presentation of the new SS17 collection, we were invited to this cool party. Thus, I wore my Massimo Dutti Tuxedo and indulged in a night full of A-listers from the fashion and culture industry. Luckily enough, the following day I had plenty of time to shop and walk around the Paseo de Gracia, one of the city’s main boulevards and hot shopping destinations. I picked a three-piece suit and my Massimo Dutti shoes and wandered around the area.

If you ever visit Barcelona, plan a stop at the Massimo Dutti flagship store at Paseo de Gracia 96.
