In the hands of Time
It has been a very hectic few weeks since menswear fashion shows are in full swing in Europe! From London Collections Men, to Pitti and Milano Moda Uomo and now Paris (as we speak), it has been exhausting yet rewarding and surprisingly fun. My days have been overloaded with shows, presentations, events, delicious italian food, plenty of champagne and always in good company. Yet, the highlight of my week was not one of the above, but my express trip to Geneva on Monday night with Montblanc to SIHH (Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie) for the launch of Montblanc 4810 TwinFly Chronograph 110 years Edition. It was my first time ever to the fair and honestly I was blown away by the beauty, luxury and heritage of every brand involved. I spent few hours at the Montblanc stand and discovered their offerings while I also got to experience first hand the new Montblanc 4810 Collection and got the opportunity to shoot it in Geneva. My visit ended with a private VIP dinner at Hotel du Parc des Eaux-Vives.
Building on this best-selling line that was first presented in 2006 for the Maison’s centennial celebrations, Montblanc marks its 110th anniversary this year with a new 4810 Collection. The collection respects all the codes of Montblanc’s watchmaking, with its strong, elegant and sporty design, offering a new sophisticated interpretation of this much loved 4810 Collection for the modern traveller who needs a performance timepiece he can rely on. What a great piece to compliment every well traveled man!
The Montblanc 4810 TwinFly Chronograph 110 years Edition (as seen above) comes fitted with an elegant black alligator strap is limited to 1,110 pieces.
