In a tuxedo, I’m a star.

Theres a right way to wear a tuxedo to a black tie event, and theres a wrong way. That is, with confidence and ease, and without it. A HUGO BOSS tuxedo cannot be worn without it. If it’s something that GQ Men of the Year Awards exemplified this year its that without courage to trace your own path you will never get to be ‘you’. Whatever that is, the world wants to see it, experience what it is you want to project onto it!

If Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds never started a league of their own extraordinary gentlemen, if London Mayor Sadiq Khan didn’t perservere, if Antony Joshua didn’t fight through. This years HUGO BOSS Most Stylish Man of the Year Award has been awarded to Zayn Malik whose fluidity of style and ease of exploration should be a reminder – how you dress should be a canvas for yourself. Its a language. A form of communication. Adwoa Aboah has been awarded the HUGO BOSS Woman of the Year Award and it could not be more fitting. A woman who sets her standards, makes things happen, traces her own path. It’s humbling to see these people recognized and given the platforms to develop their pursuits.
