An apple a day keeps the doctor away… and I’m really craving for Fendi’s Autumn/Winter 15 dangling humorous apple keychain and monster-faced backpacks! Director Silvia Venturini Fendi brought a fresh perspective and nailed it during Milan Fashion Week last week. I was very pleased to attend the show during my European tour and get a front row seat to a dazzling experience. The collection was for “a man who lives in the city, but escapes to a green space when he can”. Sounds familiar? I’m the ideal man for it! Leathers, crocodiles, suede and other luxurious materials – Fendi’s way as usual, were applied with a touch of irony and a kind of lightness this season, while translated into deliciously playful winter looks to die for. My favourite piece from the entire collection was the scarf featuring large wool pockets to keep hands warm but also complementing in unbridled glamour the Fendi Man.
