Just take a closer look at the supper menu… entrées: Risotto of winter truffle & Jerusalem artichokes or Wild mushroom consommé, pearl barley, sage & brioche… while for mains I would definitely recommend slow cooked salmon, saffron and orange winter vegetable barigoule or ironbark pumpkin gnocchi, hazelnuts, turnip, radish and purple sprouting broccoli!
